Digital camera question: How I can know if the camera I buy will be downloaded to your computer?
I'm thinking of an entry level Samsung ES-15 and do not know how to know if I can download photos to my computer. What should I look for in a digital camera? Thank you.
As to whether the camera can download to your computer, the answer is always yes. All Digital Cameras were designed to transfer files to your computer (via Memory Card or Usb Cable). My recommendation on what to look for in a camera now days: 1. Make sure the camera has at least 8 to 10 megapixels. If more than than that, then it is even better. 2. Make sure that the processing time after taking a photo is 3 seconds or less before they can take another picture immediately. 3. The Optical Zoom is more important than Digital Zoom. Make sure you have at least 10x optical zoom. 4. Make sure the video mode High Definition Movies. Tell the seller you want to either 720p or 1080p resolution movies. 5. Check that the battery lasts up to 400 photos. Anything less and you will need those to buy a second battery. I hope these 5 things you help.
